1. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to availability. We require payment in full at the time of booking for confirmed orders. For corporate and event catering, a deposit may be required to secure your date. Pricing is as listed at the time of order and includes applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or event will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a partial charge to cover perishable ingredients already prepared. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
3. Delivery
We deliver to addresses within our service area as confirmed during booking. Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to traffic or weather. Someone must be available to receive the order at the specified address and time. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details or unavailable recipients.
4. Dietary Requirements & Allergens
While we take care to accommodate dietary requests, our kitchen handles allergens including gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, and sesame. We cannot guarantee that any item is completely free from traces of allergens. Please inform us of any allergies at the time of ordering.
5. Product Description
We aim to represent our boxes and spreads accurately. Seasonal availability may mean slight variations in ingredients or presentation. Substitutions of equal or greater value may be made without notice.
